Grantsburg junior Aliya Henderson took 1st place in the Burnett County and Northwest Area divisions of the Wisconsin Land and Water 2025 Youth Education Poster Contest!
Her stunning watercolor piece, inspired by this year’s theme, “Home is Where the Habitat Is,” now advances to the State Competition in Green Bay, March 5-7.
Aliya received a plaque and a Subway gift card for her achievement. Best of luck at State, Aliya—we’re cheering you on! 🎉
