GRANTSBURG, WI — The Grantsburg School District invites the community to a festive evening of music, food, and holiday cheer with the upcoming “Sounds of the North” holiday dinner and concert series.
This special event, taking place December 14-15, features performances by the Grantsburg High School Concert Band and Concert Choir, along with several talented small groups and chamber ensembles. Guests will enjoy a lasagna dinner with breadsticks, a salad bar, hot cocoa or tea, and an array of desserts.
“This event is one of our favorites! It’s a great way to celebrate the season with friends and family while supporting our schools and fine arts programs,” said Matt Haase, GHS Principal. “Our student musicians have been preparing for their performances for weeks and are ready to play all the holiday classics while we enjoy a meal together.”
Performances will occur at Grantsburg High School on Saturday, December 14 at 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, December 15 at 3:00 p.m.
Tickets are on sale now and include both the dinner and the concert. Payment will be collected at the door on the day of the performance. Guests planning to attend both performances are asked to fill out two reservation forms.
